1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c mayonaise
2 T chopped onions
1 1/2 t. chopped parsley
1 t. Beau Monde seasoning
1/2 t. curry
1 T. tarragon vinegar or lemon juice
raw veggies of your choice
boiled or broiled shrimp, shelled

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except veggies and shrimp) thoroughly and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Take out of refrigerator an hour ahead of time so the dip is soft and creamy. Serve with assorted raw veggies like carrot and celery stix, cauliflower slices and red pepper strips. Also delicious as a dip for boiled or broiled shrimp.
