Mix together the following:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter--softened (not melted)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sour cream
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Put half of the batter in the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Spread a can of lemon pie filling over this layer. Then put remaining batter on top of the filling. Sprinkle the following topping over this layer:

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon

Bake in a 350 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
