Topping:
2/3 c. almond slivers (or pecan halves)
1/4 c. sugar

Dressing:
2/3 c. olive or canola oil
2 tsp. lime zest
1 tsp. orange zest
1/4 c. lime juice
2 T. orange juice

Salad:
16 c. Spring Mix Lettuce
1 pt. strawberries, sliced
1 orange or mango, cubed
1 medium purple onion, thinly sliced
1 avocado, thinly sliced

Topping:
Heat sugar and nuts on medium low until sugar melts and coats the nuts evenly. Pour out on sheet of foil to let cool. Chop into tiny pieces.

Dressing:
Mix well and chill.

Salad:
Gently mix greens, strawberries, and mangos together. Chill. When ready to serve add purple onion, avocado, and dressing. Mix gently. Sprinkle with topping.
