1 pork tenderloin(in Kryovac package,washed
1 large pkg FRESH sauerkraut,drained well
(NEVER use canned) 1 medium red onion-quartered
1 Granny Smith green apple(unpeeled,cored,
quartered then eighted)
1 12oz. bottle of beer(not a bitter brand)
1 tbsp. 'oil' (your choice 'cept for olive oil)

-add oil to crock n coat pork with the oil
-add 6oz. of beer
-add onion and apple,cover with kraut
-pour 6oz. beer over the kraut
-crock on low overnight
NOTES:
..........1) beer will substitute kraut's tartness w
rereshingly new flavours for the buds of the
tongue and mind
.........the kraut's colour will be rendered to a golden
hue of brown
.........the pork in your mouth wil melt like nothing
before

SUGGESTION:serve with mashed fresh potato or
a german special or your idea
