18 Jumbo Pasta Shells
2 cans of tuna - drained
1 cup bread crumbs or crushed crackers or fresh bread crumbs, etc
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 Large Egg
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley or cilantro
1 t fresh lemon juice
1 jar alfredo sauce
2 T grated Parmesan cheese

1. Heat oven to 350º
2. Lightly Coat 11x7 Inch baking dish w/ non stick spray
3. Boil pasta as pkg directs until just firm-tender
4. Mean while mix tuna, bread crumbs, onion, egg, 1/2 the parsley and the lemon juice to blend.
5. Drain pasta shells. Rinse gently to cool; drain. Fill each shell w/ 1 T tuna mixture. Place in prepared dish.
6. Whisk & warm Alfredo Sauce in small saucepan until hot. Remove from heat; stir in remaining parsley. Pour evenly over shells. Sprinkle w/ Parmesan cheese & paprika. Cover w/ foil. Refrigerate over night if desired. Bake 20 - 25 Minutes until Bubbly.
