8 slices bacon, cut in small pieces
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped celery
8 eggs
1/4 cup water
8 slices bread

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. When partially cooked, add onion & celery. Continue to cook until vegetables are limp. Beat eggs, water & salt in small bowl. Pour egg mixture over cooked vegetables in frying pan. Stir & continue to cook until eggs are set. Serve between slices of toasted buttered bread.
