2-3 lbs. beef stew meat
2-3 small cans Campbells cream of mushroom soup
1 onion sliced
2 jars drained mushrooms
black pepper to taste
minced garlic to taste
few shakes of worcestershire sauce
8 oz. sour cream
1 large bag of egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients - except for noodles and sour cream- in a Crockpot and cook until meat is tender.
Approx. 6-7 hours on low, or approx. 4 hours on high. When done, unplug the Crockpot and add sour cream. Serve over cooked pasta and enjoy!!
