7 sheets phyllo pastry
3/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
150 g provolone slices
3 tbsp pesto sauce
1 medium tomato, sliced
Basil leaves, roughly chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Brush baking sheet with melted butter and spread out 1 sheet of phyllo pastry dough. Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese Cover with 1 sheet of phyllo pastry and repeat with melted butter and Parmesan until you have 7 layers.

Spread out pesto evenly across the surface. Add provolone cheese and tomatoes. Garnish with basil leaves.

Bake for 30 minutes.
