3 lb brussel sprouts
1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1/3 cup toasted breadcrumbs
salt and pepper to taste
4 slices bacon, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sprouts until slightly tender. In a small bowl mix vinegar and brown sugar. In another bowl mix breadcrumbs and seasoning.

Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towel. Add sprouts to bacon drippings and cook 3 minutes. Add vinegar and cook on high until vinegar is reduced to a glaze and sprouts are tender. Toss with bacon and breadcrumbs.
