3/4 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 Tbsp. ice water
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all purpose flour
1 c. chopped pecans
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter until light and fluffy. Add sugar and beat until smooth. Add ice water and vanilla; mix well. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp. flour over nuts; add rest of flour to creamed mixture and mix lightly. Shape dough into small balls and press into finger shape. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 30 minutes for until lightly browned. Remove from oven and roll in powdered sugar. Yield: 4 dozen.
