6 large tomatoes, 2 tsp minced onion, 1/2 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 cup cooked rice, 1/2 cup ground beef, browned, 1 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper, salt lemon juice, 2 tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tops off tomatoes. Scoop out pulp to within a half inch of shell.Chop pulp. Blend onion and garlic with 3 tbsp water and let stand 3 to 5 minutes. Combine with rice, salt, meat pepper, lemon juice and chopped tomato, Stuff tomatoes with the mixture. Pour oil over the top. Bake in covered casserole in preheated oven 350º for 20 to 25 minutes.
