TIP: About Vinegars
White distilled, or plain, vinegar is the cheapest but it can have a harsh taste. Apple cider vinegar is milder and smooth, and only a bit more expensive. Red and white wine vinegars are more expensive but have more flavor. And delicious aged balsamic vinegar can cost up to $30.00 a cup!
