2/3 C. regular rice
1/3 C. Wild rice
1 tsp chicken bouillon granules (or one cube)
2 tsp dried parsley
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 fryer chicken cut up or 6 chicken breasts
2 1/2 C. water
1 can condensed mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice & seasonings, water and dry soup mix in a 9 x 13" baking dish. Place Chicken on top. Spoon cream of mushroom soup over chicken.

Cover and bake at 350º for about 2 hours or until rice is done and chicken is fork tender
