4-5 squash
1 chopped onion
2 grated carrots
1 small container sour cream
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 stalk of celery chopped
1 small can sliced water chestnuts
1 box Cornbread dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash until mashable. Drain off water. Mix squash with carrots, celery, sour cream, soup and water chestnuts. Pour into baking pan.

Mix cornbread dressing as directed and place on top of squash mixture.

Bake at 350 º until lightly browned.
