2c. whipping cream
1/2 c. real butter
2c. grated parmesan cheese
1/2tsp.salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 T. parsley
3 cloves pressed garlic or equivalent in minced garlic
juice of 1 lemon
1 lb peeled shrimp or 4 grilled boneless chicken breast cut into strips
1/2 to 3/4 box angel hair pasta or pasta of your choice

Melt butter and add shrimp cooking 5 minutes or untill pink on med to med high. During cooking add juice of 1 lemon. Add garlic and saute. Be sure not to burn garlic or butter. Place cream in and bring to just a boil. Reduce heat to med low and stir in salt, pepper, and parsley. Add cheese slowly mixing until melted. Add shrimp and cook 5 minutes. Add mixture to cooked/drained pasta and enjoy. If you are using chicken cook/grill chicken before hand cutting into strips and add to mixture when you toss it with pasta.

Remove shrimp and set aside

You can use more or less garlic depending on your preference. I tend to add a little more garlic then whats called for and I use the minced garlic found in a jar in the produce section as it is handy and keeps well in the fridge.
