1 c. warm water
2 (1/4 oz. each) pkts. active dry yeast
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. buttermilk
6-7 c. all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add oil, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, & buttermilk. Stir in flour until just incorporated. Put in covered container (large enough to allow for expansion) & refrigerate. Pinch off desired amt. of dough to make biscuits, as needed. Bake at 400º on lightly greased baking sheet until golden, about 20 minutes.
Note: Dough is sticky & it will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
