2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. onion
29 oz. tomato sauce
1 c. water
6 oz. tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
8 oz. no-cook Lasagna noodles
4 c. Mozzarella Cheese
12 oz. small curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink,drain. Add the tomato sauce, water and tomato paste, salt and oregano. Mix well. Combine the cheeses. Layer Meat, noodles and cheese; repeat. Top with remaining sauce. Cover and bake @ 375º for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes until hot.
This recipe will fill a large square foil pan.
