1/2 c. purple onion, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. red pepper, diced
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 cans corn
3 T. ranch (maybe more)
1/2 c. mayo
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar
10 oz. bag chili cheese Frito chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients and toss to coat. Chill in Fridge (optional). Add cheese and Fritos just before serving. Toss.

I know this salad sounds weird, but it is so good. It is always a big hit at BBQ's.
