3-4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken boiled and taken off bone.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag stuffing
4 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 c. broth (from boiled chicken)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Melt butter in broth. Add stuffing. Put half of mixture in casserole dish. Mix soup and sour cream. Put chicken on top of stuffing. Pour soup mixture on top. Top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
