1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 small pkg lemon gelatin
4 eggs
3/4 cup salad oil
3/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 of 1 fresh lemon squeezed
1/2 tsp lemon rind
1/2 lb confectioners
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first five ing in a large mixer bowl and beat for 10 min. scraping down side of the bowl. Pour into well greased 13 x 9 pan and bake 375º for 35 to 40 minutes. Leave the cake in pan. Poke holes in cake and pour the juice from the 1/2 lemon over it. Make a thin icing of 1/4 cup lemon juice, rind and confectioners and spread over the entire cake
