one head iceberg lettuce-chopped
one head cauliflower-chopped
one small sweet onion-finely chopped
one lb. bacon
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. sugar
2 to 3 cups mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Layer lettuce and cauliflower in large bowl. Spread mayo over this and seal it to edges of bowl. Fry bacon till crisp and crumble over mayo. Sprinkle onion next. Sprinkle cheese and then sugar. Cover tightly and refrigerate over night. Toss well when ready to serve.
