1/2 c sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

3 c. walnuts
1 egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar in cinnamon in a separate bowl.

Whip egg white until foamy and toss in walnuts. Completely coat walnuts. Pour sugar mixture over walnuts and mix well.

Place walnuts on cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, turning once. Store in airtight container.
