5 - 6# of ribs

Rub:
1 t seasoning salt
1 t garlic pepper blend
1/2 t ground ginger

Sauce:
1 C of your favorite bbq sauce
1 can cherry cola
1/4 C cherry preserves
1/2 t ground mustard
1 - 2 t hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rub the meat with the dry ingredients. Put in a 15" x 1" pan. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 1/2 hours.

While the meat is in the oven, combine the sauce ingredients and heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 - 40 minutes. Set aside a little of the sauce to serve with the meat.

Grill ribs for 10 -15 minutes. Brush with the sauce to glaze.

Note: Instead of grilling you can do the last step using the oven broiler.
