1 1/2 C. powdered sugar
1 C. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 egg
2 1/2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tarter

Directions:
Directions:
Make dough in order listed. Refridgerate prior to rolling out.

Roll out to about 1/8" and cut with cookie cutter. Bake at 350 º 7 minutes or so. Be very careful to not over bake!

Let cool and frost with cream cheese frosting to which a couple of tablespoons of karo syrup has been added. This makes the frosting "set" better.
