9/13 pan cornbread-2 boxes of Jiffy
1/2 loaf large bread
3 c chopped celery
3 c chopped onion
8 c chicken broth
1 T poultry seasoning
2 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Make cornbread and toast bread. Crumble cornbread and chop bread into small pieces. Mix all together in a big roasting pan sprayed with pam. This can be made ahead of time and covered with saran wrap.
Making the dressing, first saute the celery and onions in a little butter. Add to the cornbread mix and stir. Pour in the broth and mix making like an oatmeal consistency, add the poultry seasoning. add more broth if need to. Let set 2 hrs, then stir in 2 beaten eggs. Cover in foil and bake at 375* for 2 hrs. Remove cover and brown or cook longer if needed.

I have updated the recipe a little. This such a simple easy dressing to make and so good. I hope it passed down for generations in our family. I told Grandma this is second best thing she ever gave, the first being your Dad.
