1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns
1 chopped onion
Tony Chachere seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes in bottom of 9 X 13 casserole. Sprinkle onions and Tony Chachere on top of potatoes. Put 1/2 stick melted butter on top.
Melt Cheez Whiz, sour cream and soup together. Pour over potatoes. Mix 1/2 cup melted butter with cornflakes and spread over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
