2/3 C instant potato flakes
2/3 C water
1 C brown sugar
1 C white sugar
3/4 C oleo
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 C flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 C oatmeal
1/2 C chopped nuts
1 C raisins, cooked
1/4 C raisin water

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare instant potatoes with water as directed; let cool. Cream sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add cooked potatoes and raisin water. Blend in flour, salt, spices and baking powder. Finally, stir in oatmeal, raisins and nuts. Drop by spoon onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 12 minutes.
