1 stick oleo
1 3-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 C flour
1 egg, beaten
3/4 C brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp butter, softened
2/3 C chopped pecans
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oleo, cream cheese and flour, mixing well. Form 24 balls and press into small (1 3/4") muffin cups. Combine egg, brown sugar, vanilla, butter, salt and pecans; fill muffin cups (about 1 teaspoon per cup). Bake at 325º for 30 minutes. Will freeze well.
