3-4 chopped garlic cloves,
1 TB olive oil,
2 lbs sausage,
2 lbs hamburger,
1- 6 lb can tomato sauce,
4 TBLSP parsley,
2-3 cups Italian bread crumbs,
1 egg,
1-2 chicken bouillon cubes,
3 tsp Italian seasoning,
2 bay leaves,
1/2 tsp basil,
1 tsp sugar,
3/4 cup of pecorino Romano cheese.

Sauce:
Saute the garlic in the bottom of stock pot for about 5 minutes in the olive oil.
Add the tomato sauce, simmer on medium. Crumble chicken bouillon cube into sauce. Add Italian seasoning, bay leaves and basil. Add sugar., simmer.
Meatballs:
Mix the hamburger and sausage together. Add 2 cups of Italian bread crumbs, mix. Add parsley. Beat one egg, mix.
Make the meatballs and line the outside edge of the pot with them. Push down with the back of wooden spoon. Make another round, make until done.. Should make about 40-60 balls!!!!! After about 45 minutes, put in the Pecorino Romano and stir.. When stirring, place the wooden spoon on the bottom of pot and make sure nothing is sticking to the bottom Put burner on low and let simmer on low for 2 hours with lid on! To make meatball sub, get facaccio bread, slice. Cut up 2 meatballs in to fourths, put on bread, add sauce, add pecorino Romano. Wrap in foil. When you have made all the subs that you want. put in the oven at 300 for 20 minutes. Serve.
Locatille cheese is a very good addition.
