2 (3-4 lb) rump/sirloin roast
2 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp red pepper
1 pkg onion soup mix
3 c. water

Sprinkle Basil and oregano over beef and bake at 325º for 4 hours.

When meat is rare turn oven off and let cool. Slice

Make broth with remaining ingredients. Simmer beef in broth until heated through.
