1 c. milk scalded
½ c. oleo
½ c. sugar
1 TBSP salt
2 pkg dry yeast
½ c. warm water (110 degrees)
6 c. flour (5-6 c) not to dry4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine scalded milk, oleo, sugar and salt together.

Dissolve yeast in the ½ c water.

Add the first mixture plus 2 cups flour. Beat with mixer at med speed for 2 min.

Add eggs. Beat 2 min more.

Stir in the remaining flour.

Dough will be sticky. Cover with plastic wrap and foil. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Divide dough in half. Roll each half into a 14 inch circle. Cut into 12 wedges (like pie) roll from big end to small (spread with melted butter before rolling).

Place on a greased cookie sheet and let rise till double in size. About 1 ½ hour.

Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 min.

When done spread with melted butter.
