1 lb browned hamburger, drained
1 jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 1/2 cups water
2 cups milk
large handful frozen hashbrowns
large handful shredded co-jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded carrots
salt/pepper to taste
few drops hot sauce

Directions:
Brown hamburger and drain. Mix all other ingredients and bring to a low boil. Add hamburger and simmer on low for an hour. You can add more or less hashbrowns, depending on how thick you want it.
