Ingredients: 1 Angel Food Cake
4 c. slices strawberries
1 pkg. sugar free-fat free strawberry Jello
1 fat free Cool Whip 12 oz.
8 oz. fat free cream cheese

Directions:Cut the angel food cake into 3 horizontal pieces
In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese and beat on low until creamy. Add 1/2 cool whip and the Jello. Beat on low until creamy and smooth. The mixture will be thick but easy to apply to the cake. Place one third of the cake on a cake plate. Put 1/4th of the cream cheese, cool whip and jello mixture on the cake layer. Place a layer of strawberries on top of the mixture. Repeat the step with the next two layers. Fill the center of the cake with the mixture cream cheese, cool and jello to which you add 1 c. strawberries. Cover top of the cake with this same mixture. Cover the entire cake with cool whip and garnish with whole or slices strawberries. |

1 large can in it's own juice, pineapple
1 large bag of unsweetened coconut
MANDARIN ORANGE: 2 cans lite mandarin oranges
1 fat-free sugar-free orange jello
PEACH: 1 large can lite sliced peaches
1 package sugar-free,fat-free peach jello
