Wet ingredients:
1 c. egg beaters
2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 tub applesauce
1/2 c. canola oil
15 oz. canned pumpkin (no spices kind)
2/3 c. water
Dry ingredients:
4 c. flour (make it 2 c. ww flour and 2 c. AP flour)
1 1/2 tsp. lite salt
1 T. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingreds. in one bowl. Mix wet ingreds. in another bowl. Fold dry mixture into wet mixture. Pour into loaf pans and bake until toothpick comes out clean. Bake at 350º for 60 mins. Cool 10 mins. before removing from pans.
