2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
3 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. black walnut flavoring
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. butterscotch drops/chips
1/2 c. nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

GLAZE:
1 stick margarine
1/4 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar
Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat. Pour over hot cake.
