1 qt. cornbread (I use a pitcher to measure), crumbled*
2 slices white bread, toasted & crumbled
1/2 c. each: diced celery, diced onion
1 c. water
3/4 tsp. ground sage
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. turkey or chicken broth
1/2 c. condensed cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil celery & onion in water for 30 minutes until tender. Pour into a mixing bowl & add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into a greased 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Bake at 350º for approximately 1 hour or until firm. Careful not to dry out.
