1 C sour cream
3 eggs
1 C sugar
1/2 C boiling water
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 C flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp soda
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Whip sour cream until firm; add eggs one at a time and continue to whip until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, flour and soda, stirring well. Dissolve chocolate in boiling water and add last. Pour mixture into prepared 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. (Can also be poured into prepared cupcake pan)
