1 1/4 lbs Ground Turkey makes 3-4 servings
1 Can Jalapeņos chopped
1/2 Green Apple chopped
1/2 Yellow Onion chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoning
3-4 Buns crusty whole wheat
2 tbsp Cream Cheese low fat
2-3 tbsp cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
heat oven to toast buns or wait if using toaster oven.
Chop the onion, apple and jalapenos and combine in large mixing bowl.
heat oil on medium high heat on stove in pan, cover with lid
add ground turkey, garlic powder, salt, & seasoning to bowl and mix all together
make burger patties, makes 4 regular or 3 large.
cook patties in pan on stove until browned, flip and cook thoroughly.
toast buns to a slight crunch.
with knife apply cream cheese to both buns and ketchup
