1 lb. lean ground beef
1 large onion (1 c. chopped)
1/2 c. uncooked Instant Rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup
1/4 c. water
4 c. coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook beef and onion in 10 inch skillet over medium heat; 8-10 minutes until beef is brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into "ungreased" 2 qt. casserole. Cover and bake 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Yield; 6 servings.
