8 slices bread, without crusts & cubed
1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained, crumbled
1-1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sautéed & drained
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
4 eggs
2-1/2 cups milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 - 10-3/4 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of milk
1/2 cup buttered seasoned bread crumbs

Place bread cubes in bottom of 8 x 10 dish. Add sausage, mushrooms & cheese to cubes. In a separate bowl mix together eggs, milk & dry mustard. Pour over ingredients in casserole dish and refrigerate overnight.
Next day bring casserole to room temperature. Mix mushroom soup with 1/2 can milk and pour over casserole. Spread buttered seasoned bread crumbs on top.
Bake at 325º for 75 minutes.
