1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Combine milk, oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Drop from tablespoons atop boiling broth. Cover tightly, bring to boil. Reduce heat (don't lift cover). Simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until done.

Or you can roll the dough out thin, cut with pizza cutter and drop in boiling broth.

I grew up eating dumplings made from Bisquick. Here is the made from scratch version. A little more work but still very good!
