17 oz. can apricots
17 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. of liquid from pineapple and apricots (add water if needed to make 1 cup)
1/2 c. sugar
3 - 10 oz. packages frozen strawberries
6 oz. can frozen orange juice
2 T. lemon juice
3 diced bananas

Directions:
Drain apricots and pineapple, reserving liquid. Heat liquid from fruits and add sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat. Add strawberries to warm mixture. Add orange juice and lemon juice to mixture. Cut up apricots and bananas. Add pineapple, bananas and apricots. Stir well. Spoon into cupcake liners and freeze in a muffin tin.. Remove from freezer 10 minutes prior to serving.
