Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My Mom and Dad found this recipe at a restaurant on Bustleton Ave. After discussing with the chef, my Mom reconstructed the recipe to this. At the time, I was the only one living home, so I am probably am the only one along with my Dad remembering this as a family recipe which we loved. My Mom did this all in one pot. (It is cleaner this way!!) My Dad thinks the original recipe removed the onions after burnt, deglaze the pan with wine and continue with chicken and combine with onions just before serving to keep the onions crispy.
