5 slices pepperidge farm bread - cubed
1 lb loose sausage browned and drained
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
10 beaten eggs
2 1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt (or crazy salt)

Can substitute sausage for bacon
Can substitute bread for bagel

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 baking dish. Arrange bread cubes on bottom. Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle cheese on top. Beat eggs with milk, mustard and salt. Pour on top. Cover with foil and may be refrigerated overnight.

Bake 350ºF for 40 to 45 minutes
