Pork Butt/Shoulder, bone in
Chicken Broth
2 pkgs Good Seasonings Salad dressing, dry ingredients
Fresh Garlic
granulated garlic
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut slits into pork and place half garlic cloves into slits. Place pork in a roasting pan fat side up, pour chicken broth over pork filling pan to 1/2 inch, sprinkle salt, pepper, granulated garlic and dry ingredients from Good Seasoning Italian Dressing mix over pork and in chicken broth. Cover lightly with an aluminum foil tent sealing sides of pan. Place in a 325 º oven for 8 to 8 1/2 hours. Remove bone and fat and shred pork with 2 forks. Serve with Broccoli Rabe and provolone cheese
