1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. rhubarb, finely chopped
1 c. white sugar
1 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cream brown sugar, margarine and egg. Add flour and soda alternately with sour cream. Stir in rhubarb. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with topping: 1/2 to 1 cup sugar mixed with 1 Tbsp. butter. Bake 350º for 45-50 minutes
