2 - 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 T olive oil
3 c salsa (I used Pace Picante Sauce)
¼ c raisins
½ c sliced ripe olives
2 T honey
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat skillet over medium heat and add chicken Cook 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.Reduce heat to low and stir in remaining ingredients. Let simmer 10-15 minutes. Serve over brown rice.
