1 whole cooked, boned and skinned chicken
1 small jar pimentos (optional)
1 can French cut green beans
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans drained chopped water chestnuts
1 onion chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cups of prepared wild rice (Uncle Ben's is preferred)
1 bag French's French Fried Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all together and top with French's French Fried Onions (1 bag). Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Delicious and my husband loves it!! Great and easy to make.
