3 c all purpose flour
2 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp soda
3 beaten eggs
1-1/2 c salad oil
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple
2 c chopped pecans or walnuts
2 c chopped bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.

Combine by hand flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon in large mixing bowl. Add eggs and oil and stir until dry ingredients are moist. Do not beat. Stir in vanilla, banana, pineapple and nuts. Stir in well. Do not beat.

Pour into pans and bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
