Brie cheese, rind removed
Jar of red pepper jelly
3 – 4 tablespoons chopped roasted salted almonds or cashews
2 packages frozen mini phyllo pastry shells

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 2 packages frozen shells, thawed, on a baking sheet. Cut Brie into 30 very small pieces. Spoon rounded ¼ teaspoon of red pepper jelly into each shell. Top each with a piece of Brie. Sprinkle the toasted nuts on top of each tartlet.

Bake 6 – 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
